Neil

Neil Wickliff
A & P, IA
Neil has been involved in aviation for forty-two years.  During that time he has obtained his Airframe & Powerplant License, Inspection Authorization and his private pilot license: single-engine and multi-engine land ratings. He has been factory trained on Cessna and Piper aircraft.  Neil has Colorado State Board teaching credentials and has developed and taught A & P classes at the college level.  He has twenty-two years experience in small business ownership, management and operations.

Ed Dent
A & P, IA
Retired U.S. Air Force.
Ed obtained his A&P license from the Community College of Honolulu. But that was just the beginning. Ed continued on and obtained his IA rating. Ed has more than 40 years of experience maintaining aircraft, both military and civilian.

Ed also has his Private Pilot, Instrument, Multi-Engine, Commercial rating, but he tries to keep it a secret.

Garth Budd
A & P
Ten years of airplane quality assurance.
Twenty-four years of airplane maintenance.
Ten years as supervisor of airplane maintenance/quality assurance.
Fifteen years of personnel management/supervision.

Researched and wrote lesson plans, course outlines and in-class materials.Garth taught the UH-1H Helicopter Electrical system to 12 classes of active Army reserves, National guard and foreign students over a two year period.

Garth has worked as an A&P mechanic since 1973.

 

Rich Mazur
A & P, IA
Rich Mazur went to Spartan School of Aeronautics. In the 1970s he moved to Colorado Springs and worked at Aero rampart, which changed names several times. Rich worked on all kinds of single and twin engine aircraft. Rich attended several Cessna courses.

Rich worked for Construction Trailers Aviation Dept. He built a SX300 for the owner. Rich had the opportunity to go to work for Emery Aviation College in Greeley, CO. At that time they had 37 aircraft and 2 helicopters.

 

Reif R

Reif Reifschneider
A & P
Reif is retired from the U.S. Air Force. He worked for 20 years as a flight line mechanic.  He obtained his A & P license from Peadine Aviation Maintenance Technician School in New Mexico in February 1974.

 

Robert G

Robert Goempel
A & P
Robert attended Cheyenne Aero Technical School and graduated in May 1990 with an A & P license.  Robert’s first job in aviation was at a repair station servicing transport category aircraft named Tramco in Everett, Washington. He relocated to Colorado Springs in 1996 and worked at Emery Aviation College.  Robert then began working at Falcon Aircraft in 1998.
